At Action FIgures UK delivery is £3.99 for your total order within the UK, for other delivery destinations around Europe there is an shipping charge of  £6.99.

If you spend over £100 delivery is included in the price for UK customers.

I have not received my order

Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days (from date of posting), but we need to wait 21 days before being able to investigate this matter further . If you believe your item has been lost, and 21 days have passed, please contact us to arrange a replacement item.

Pre ordered items

If you have pre-ordered an item we will hold your order and dispatch the item to you as soon as stock is available. We do not take orders for items we don't have in stock, we don't oversell products. If you order you will receive bar any damage in transit which obviously not our fault.
